Notary in Central London
Hasib Heron, Basil Preuveneers and Stephen Dasgupta are the MyNotary notaries for London. Notarial services are available Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.
The office is conveniently situated near Victoria main line and underground stations.
Documents can be drafted, as required. The firm deals with dozens of Powers of Attorney each week, they regularly certify academic and professional qualification and make certified copy passports.
A very fast service is available: The team of notary clerks visit the Foreign Office twice a day meaning that documents notarised by him can be legalised the same day and on their way to their final destination.
MyNotary London are experts in the often complex consular legalisation requirements.
Notary services ‘out of hours’
Out of hours appointments can be made, please make contact the main office to check weekend and evening availability.
Short notice meetings
Although it is always best to make an appointment, it is understood that notarial work tends to be urgent therefore appointments may be made at very short notice – subject to availability.
What ID is required?

Estimates and Charges
The minimum fee is £80.00 plus VAT. Addition fees would be any agreed-in-advance disbursements; for example, fees to The Foreign and Commonwealth Office (for the Apostille), Embassies or Translators. Such fees will always be agreed in advance.
“I will tell you the fees in advance; however, there will be times when I am unable to say exactly how much the cost will be or the time needed to complete the transaction. Often it is helpful for documents to be submitted in advance by email.”
How to pay
Payment may be made by cash, cheque, bank transfer or invoiced by prior arrangement. Pay online coming soon!
Documents in a foreign language?
“If the document is not in English, in some circumstances, I still may be able to certify it as long as I am satisfied that you fully understand the nature of the legally binding document about to be notarised. Some foreign language documents do have to be translated; I can arrange this for you.”
